We provide a variety of services including:
When your loved one has experienced an injury, surgery, or disability, our physical therapists can provide assistance to help the patient recover. Our goal is to restore, maintain, and promote your loved one’s optimal physical function.

Therapists will address the following mobility aspects:

• Therapeutic Exercise   • Balance Activities 
• Ambulation Training    Motor Skills
Disability or injury can affect your loved one’s ability to do activities of daily living. Our occupational therapists assist with the rehabilitation of your loved one’s independence. Our goal is to provide practical solutions through the therapeutic use of everyday activities.

Common interventions could include participating in:

 motor skills   • sensory tasks   • offering aid in regaining daily skills
• understanding and addressing the physical and cognitive changes.
Medical Social Workers
Patient counseling is an important part of the Medical Social Worker's role. Medical Social Workers provide individual counseling, help patients determine appropriate health care and other health services, and provide support to patients with serious or chronic illnesses

Common interventions could include participating in:

 community resources   • understanding and addressing the physical and cognitive changes.
 Respiratory Therapist Evaluation    Physical Therapy for Energy Conservation    Blood Pressure Monitoring
 Edema Measurements    Medication Monitoring    Dietician Evaluation as Necessary
• Pulse oximetry testing during visit and/or overnight testing
Wound VAC
 Facilitate patients in need of a wound VAC transition from the hospital to home
 Initiate order for Wound VAC    Completes all necessary paperwork required for Wound VAC
